LUBRICATED P.T.F.E FIBRE BRAIDED PACKING

P.T.F.E섬유에 P.T.F.E분산액과 내열성 특수 윤활제를 함침시켜 편조한 제품으로 내마모성과 기계적 강도가 우수한 제품이며 최첨단 편조기로 제작한 패킹으로 모든 화학약품의 펌프와 오염을 피하는 부위에 사용된다.

Pure P.T.F.E Fibre yarns, impregnated with P.T.F.E Dispersion and a special heat-resistant lubricating oil, are braided into square cross sections. It has excellent abrasion resistance and extraordinary mechanical strength and is suitable for high speed pumps of almost all chemicals.

GRAPHITE FILLED P.T.F.E BRAIDED PACKING

P.T.F.E에 고순도 흑연, 특수윤활제를 분산시켜 제조된 섬유로 편조된 패킹으로 열전도성이 좋아 수명이 길며 특히 SLEEVE 마모가 없어 매우 경제적이고 내약품성과 저마찰성의 특수한 성능을 나타내는 첨단의 패킹이다.

Graphite filled P.T.F.E Fibre an advanced material that disperses very small and good quality graphite is braided with P.T.F.E. This packing combines the heat-resistance and low frictions of highly purified of graphite with the chemical resistance of P.T.F.E so as not to cause damage to the revolving shaft.

P.T.F.E에 고순도 흑연을 분산시켜 고인장력으로 제조된 특수 섬유사를 첨단의 편조기로 치밀하게 편조한 제품으로 V-Packing을 사용해서 누수가 발생하는 고압의 PISTON PUMP와 VALVE에 뛰어난 성능을 발휘하여 SLEEVE의 손상을 전혀 발생시키지 않고 잔류 염소량이 50ppm이하로 원자력 발전소용 패킹으로 적합한 패킹이다.

An advanced knitting frame developed for the first time in the world is utilized to elaborately knit graphite flber to be highly tensile. It has good capability at high pressure piston pumps and leakage-producing valves because of Vpacking.
It does not cause any damage to the sleeve and is a suitable packing for atomic power plants because it can retain chloride under 50ppm.

ARAMID FIBER BRAIDED PACKING

아라미드 섬유에 T.F.E 분산액과 특수 윤활유를 처리한 패킹으로 강철보다 고인장이므로 이송하는 유체내의 슬러치가 많아 패킹의 조직이 쉽게 파괴되어 자주 패킹을 교환해야 하는 부위에 사용하면 좋은 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 패킹이다.

Aramid fibers impregnated with T.F.E Dispersion and treated with a special heat-resistant lubricating oil, are braided into square cross sections. It’s outstanding tensile strength and malleability contribute to its long life.
